• Access to free online courses from our educational partners

Document Storage and Your Consent

When you upload documents to our platform, the following applies:

• Your original documents are securely stored on servers within the European Union.
• We use your documents solely for analyzing your skills and matching you with potential employers – only with your explicit consent.
• You retain full control over your documents and can download or delete them at any time.
• All documents are stored encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures.

Your Obligations

When using WorkNav, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights of other users and our partners

Free Service and Disclaimer

WorkNav is a free, non-profit service. We do our best to support you in your job search, but cannot guarantee placement or any specific outcome. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time, with all your data and documents being removed as per your request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or misuse our platform.
